Refund Policy
At Maternity Moments, every portrait is custom created using your baby’s ultrasound image. Because each piece of artwork is personalized and made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed.
Custom Product Policy
All of our ultrasound portraits, including digital downloads, portrait prints, and framed portraits, are custom-made products. Due to the personalized nature of these items, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded after production has begun.
Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we are happy to work with you to resolve it. If you believe there is an error with your portrait or something does not look correct, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will review the issue and make reasonable adjustments if necessary.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your portrait print or framed artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work quickly to provide a replacement if the damage occurred during shipping.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, digital ultrasound portrait downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
