All designs, artwork, text, and content created by Maternity Moments remain our intellectual property. Purchased digital files are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially.
Order Processing
Digital downloads are delivered within 24 hours of receiving your ultrasound image. Physical products are shipped within 2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on carrier and location.
User Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or low-quality ultrasound images.
Refunds & Revisions
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not guaranteed once design work has begun. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
